只有商品在交付時出現損壞情況下，您才可以申請退貨或退款。退款時，運費、稅金和關稅將不予退還。

The works displayed on The Way to the Moon website are available for purchase. Each work is accompanied by a simple description of material, size, name, artist, stock status, type, etc. The quoted price is the sales price including shipping within Taiwan island only; for overseas' delivery, the shipping charge will be borne by buyer.
When purchasing works, please register as a member first, then select the works you wish to purchase and put them in your shopping cart, enter the personal information required for the order, or apply for negotiation through the consultation form.
In principle, The Way to the Moon does not accept cancellations and returns after a successful order is placed.
You can only apply for a return or refund if the item is damaged upon delivery. Any returns or refunds must be made to the online gallery within 48 hours after the goods arrive. Shipping charges, taxes and duties will not be refunded when issuing a refund.
We do not guarantee the following contents of this service, whether express or implied: vulnerabilities in fact or law, security, reliability, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security-related defects, errors and loopholes. , no infringement will occur, product quality, functionality, and compatibility with other products.
